Ready to usher in the new Year of the Rat? The Orange County Chapter of the Organization of Chinese Americans will mark the Lunar New Year Wednesday night.

The mixer, which is free for members and $5 for non-members, is from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Feb. 27 at California Asian Bistro, 1000 S. Harbor Ave., Fullerton.
